Real Role Models: Tasha Hinesley
“Let’s see, where do I begin? I was pushing close to 300 lbs before I stopped to realize that I was on my way to an early death and I didn’t want my babies watching me slowly eat my life away. I’ve always been overweight and I told myself that’s just the way I was meant to be. But that was just what I told myself because I didn’t want to face the reality that I had no self control. I had to stop going down the self destructive path that I was on. I was miserable and it was written all over my face. I remember crying while praying for God to help me. It was God’s grace that saved me from myself. I started to workout and soon after that I decided to eat “clean” unprocessed foods. I feel better than I ever have in my life. Fitness has become a form of therapy for me. All things truly are possible with God. ❤
“But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26″ – Tasha
