Our NEM groups are broken up into regions led by our regional managers. Our managers supervise local leaders, market groups, develop workout programs, direct contests, and work closely with the NEM national director and the founder, Maria Kang.

Jennifer Dillon is a mother and works full time doing payroll and accounting for Bay State Wiring Company, Inc. and recently got licensed to sell real estate in MA. While she was an avid gym goer, she realized she needed to stop trying to FIND time to exercise, but instead start MAKING the time. In 2014 she began her No Excuse Mom group in Tewksbury and is excited to help motivate other mom’s that struggle with the same challenges of juggling jobs, motherhood and still making their fitness a top priority. Kimberly McNamara is a Mom to 4 children – three boys and one girl. She runs three businesses and is very active within her community. She loves music, cooking and loves to travel. She joined NEM and became a Leader of Morris Plains in 2014 to help inspire other hard-working Moms, empower women and lead a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Lacey Calkins is a mom of two little girls and two fur babies and a wife of a US Marine. She has a bachelors degree in Human Development, her Personal Training Certification and is the leader of her local Stafford, Virginia group. She enjoys spreading the No Excuse Mom philosophy wherever she can and her family lives by it daily. Running has recently become a passion of hers and she enjoys running fun runs and obstacle races as much as possible, finding a balance by running them together with her family.

Andrea Durant is a wife, toddler mom, and fitness instructor/personal trainer. She is passionate about helping others on the road to a healthy lifestyle and believes that creating community within her group is the first step. Andrea loves working out, but feels that to help people find intrinsic motivation to get fit, it needs to start with something they enjoy. She describes her group meet-ups as a playdate with exercise added in. “We make it fun for everyone by having toys/activities for the little ones and music and good conversation for the moms. I have met some of my favorite people through this group and it makes me want to come back week after to week to hang out with them.” Andrea really believes in the values of the No Excuse Mom organization. Finding the balance of being healthy and happy is something she strives for daily. This group has changed her life in a big way and she wants to do her best to help it continue to grow and move forward.

Nicole Brooks is a wife to her college sweetheart, a mom to an active toddler, a full-time worker and entrepreneur. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching reality tv. She started her local group in Ohio in 2015 after her best friend and local leader began expressing her love for her group in Virginia and realized that was exactly the type of community she wanted/needed to begin her fitness journey. Nicole loves to empower women and encourage them to be their best selves in their own skin. With such a busy schedule, Nicole uses her lunch breaks to workout a few times a week. Her goal is to one day become a wellness coach.

Veronica Davila is a woman of many talents. She is a fit guru, entrepreneur, and mommy of two with one on the way! Veronica is a leader by nature. She is the leader of our Houston TX area and works part time, side by side with her husband, in their Primerica Financial Services business. Veronica has really turned her life around with NEM. She went from no exercise and a limitless diet to working out 3-4 days a week while pursuing Paleo. She remembers the days she lacked energy and felt sluggish. Thanks to NEM, those days are no more and the Davila family is committed to a fit lifestyle. “Seeing my children enjoy exercise and healthy foods make it all worthwhile. This revolution will change generations to come!”
Marcie Ryan is a stay at home mom to two crazy kids, and the proud wife of a U.S. Army Veteran turned Wind Turbine Technician. She is a huge Baseball fan and loves the Kansas City Royals. Marcie is one of 3 co-leaders for her local Cape Girardeau/Jackson Mo NEM group and has currently been working on taking back control of her life and health through nutrition and exercise. When not working out or playing taxi service Marcie loves getting in a good book, singing Disney show tunes, and wondering where she left her keys. Marcie is also a lover of coffee, chocolate, wine, and tacos.

Jessica Cordova is a dedicated stay-at-home-mother of one daughter Gwynn, and two sons, Thunder and Titus. She lives the NO EXCUSE MOM philosophy as she trains in the gym and competes in mud races all over Colorado. Jessica found her love for health and fitness when she competed in her first Figure Competition as a young adult. After her first child she was left trying to find time to work out as a new mother in an effort to regain her fit body. Keeping her kids her number one priority, she knew she had to find a balance and MAKE time to work out with NO EXCUSES.
Laura (Paty) Garcia Villalpando added “Villalpando” to her name in honor of her mother who passed away from cancer. She was born in Mexico and raised in the USA by both parents. She was introduced to NEM by a current leader and eventually started her own group for the city of Aurora CO. “I have learned so much through NEM, one of the main things is to respect, empower and encourage women of all aspects.” She is excited to co-lead with Jess and help keep women active, and encouraged so they can maintain a healthy life style for both their selves and families.

Juanita Verdin is married to her high school sweetheart and mother of a handsome son. She was born and raised in Arizona and the NEM leader of Peoria and South Phoenix, AZ. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and most of all family time. Her goal is to become a Personal Trainer; combing what she loves to do and turn it into a career. “I want to help people become more confident by becoming more physically fit and educated in the world exercising, especially us mothers.” She manages our groups in Nevada and Arizona.
Mia Beringuel is a proud SAHM to Giovanni & Giuseppe, married to the man she fell in love with when she was 13, and a part time fitness instructor. She was instantly inspired by Maria Kang’s viral “What’s Your Excuse” photo and started the NEM SF Peninsula group in 2014. She loves to run and became the lead admin for the No Excuse Runner group in 2015. She whole-hardheartedly believes in the No Excuse Mom movement and loves helping others get healthy and happy. She manages CA and HI.
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska
Tasha Tartaglia is a stay at home mom, and happily married to my husband who is a submariner in the U.S. Navy. She is currently going to school to become a physical therapist assistant. She has a two-year-old daughter and two Australian shepherds. She enjoys hiking, working out, and running. She joined the NEM to find a sisterhood of moms who were trying to be healthy and better themselves, along with finding friends for her daughter. “I’m a shy person, but since joining this movement I have gained a plethora of confidence in myself physically and mentally.”
Region XI Canada Manager
Leslee–Ann Martell is our International Manager and also leads the Halifax, Nova Scotia group and is a mother of three ages 4,3,1 and hopes to be blessed with more. Leslee and her husband own a local MMA gym in Halifax and are big believers that health starts at home. She wants to inspire moms to stay healthy and fit even with a growing family.
Region XII Asian Manager
Paulette Go is the regional manager for our Asian region. She is a mother of one a young daughter and resides in the Shenzen region. Her goal is to motivate moms throughout the world through her passion for fitness, health and nutrition.
Region XIII European Manager
Camille Limousin is the regional manager for our European region. She is a very active working mum and mother to her son Ayden. She works out exclusively at home, eats 90% unprocessed foods and cooks everything she eats! She has overcome a challenging childhood and a debilitating auto accident. Her goal is to inspire others to be healthy and overcome adversity through positive action and healthy choices.
Lisa Saci is a working mom and mother to Valdo, born in 2007.
She was obese since she was a child and lost about 30 kg between 2010 and 2015. She believes that with good habits we all can be healthier and happier. And that is what she’s fighting for.
Region IX Latin America Manager
Carmen Salazar is a mom of a very active preschooler (and expecting another boy!) She is also a wife to a very supportive man and works full time Monday to Friday. One of her main goals is to help empower woman to overcome their excuses so they may lead a healthier and happier life.
Region XV New Zealand/Australian Manager
Roslyn Ryan is a mum to 2 very active boys. She is self employed and also teaches Zumba (a passion for fitness that has evolved in the last 5 years!) Her goal is to teach and inspire mums to live a healthy lifestyle, reach goals and be great role models for their family. She wants to empower others to show them that YES they can do all this while being a mum a wife a sister and working full and part-time.
