My name is Paula and I am mom of 3 (10, 9 and 2.5 years old)
I have to confess that I had to change this story, because last week it was different. I didn’t know someone could become more positive in such a short time, but I am really happy it is possible. In the previous version were sentences like I couldn’t, I don’t have strong will and how I had to start from the beginning, because I failed. But….as we say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger….one of my close friends helped me understand, that I am really strong and I just don’t give up. The funny thing is that I somebody had to point this out to me to realize. I joined this challenge because I wanted to change, shape up and lose some weight. This didn’t happen the way I wanted, but my arms are stronger, firmer and I have great legs 🙂 I was so motivated after the Diet bet, where we were suppose to lose 4% of our body-weight in a month, because I won too 😀 I joined No Excuse Mom group 1.5 year ago, but was just watching the life of the group, how they workout, support each other and are just fine (really, they looked like this on the pictures). I couldn’t join the meet-ups due to my daughters activities, but after 2-3 months things sorted out and I attended 1st meet-up. These ladies are great and my big motivation. I learned from them how to do sourdough bread, banana pancakes,eat healthier and workout regularly. Every Friday I go to our meet-up 2km away from our house, either on a bicycle or just with a stroller and my little man The two of us usually highlight the NEM photos :). I have two trainings for moms, one Zumba class and parents cheerleader training a week. As an adult cheerleaders team we won 3 golden medals. I joined cheerleaders thanks to my daughter who has many medals including some from European or World championship. This gives me 5 days of training a week. Exercising is part of my life and I love the feeling after good workout. I love spending time with my family, they support me, especially my husband who is my ally and who pushes me further to healthier lifestyle and sport I got an offer from Pavla (our NEM leader) to create a second group in the town in my neighborhood and I had my 1st meet-up and got a great response. To be honest, I prefer working out outdoor more than in a gym. And morning workouts give me more energy and I feel much better. I am grateful for Pavla, that she believes in me and I am looking forward our cooperation, support and motivation.
